Do the memory arithmetic before you buy
Four slots at 30 readings each reads as 120 readings, which sounds ample. It is not. The AHA protocol is two readings every time you measure. Measure morning and evening and that is four readings a day per person, so a 30-reading slot holds about a week and then starts overwriting the oldest.
At 60 readings per slot the A&D UA-767F holds roughly a fortnight per person on the same pattern. If your household needs longer than that on the device, the honest answer is that no four-user monitor we track provides it, and you are choosing between syncing to an app or writing readings down.
