A&D UA-767F Review: Four Validated Users, No Phone Required

By the BP Monitor Lab editorial team · Written from manufacturer documentation and published guidance, not from our own device testing · Last checked: August 30, 2026

Four people, sixty readings each, on a monitor that appears by model on the US Blood Pressure Validated Device Listing and costs under $50. That combination is rare enough to be the whole review. What it does not do is sync to anything, and for the household this monitor suits, that is a feature rather than an omission.

A listing or published study names this exact model.

It is listed by model on the US Blood Pressure Validated Device Listing. Listed as Premium Multi User Blood Pressure Monitor (UA-767F, UA-767FAC).

What Makes This One Different

The four-user segment is unusually thin on evidence. The Beurer BM67 holds four users and we could not verify a validation for it. The Withings BPM Connect holds eight profiles and is listed, but costs roughly twice as much and leans on an app and a network. The UA-767F is the one that gives you four separate on-device histories, an entry on the validated device listing, and no dependency on anything with a battery in your pocket.

No Bluetooth Is the Trade, and Sometimes the Point

This monitor does not sync. A&D publishes a Heart Track app, but readings are typed in by hand; the device does not talk to it. Everything the monitor knows lives in its own memory, sixty readings per user, oldest overwritten first.

For a household of older adults sharing one monitor on a kitchen counter, that is frequently the correct shape. Nobody has to pair anything, nobody is locked out when a phone updates, and a reading is never lost because an app did not open. If you want your log to arrive somewhere automatically, this is plainly the wrong device and the Withings BPM Connect is the shape you want.

Do Not Confuse It With the UA-651 or UA-651BLE

A&D's home line uses close model numbers for genuinely different devices, and the differences are the ones that matter to a buyer. The UA-651BLE is a single-user monitor with Bluetooth, on the validated device listing under its own entry. The UA-651 is a separate listing again. This model, the UA-767F, is the four-user one without Bluetooth.

Each of those has its own entry, and a validation on one says nothing about the others. Match the number on the box.

Buy it if

  • +Three or four people share one monitor and each wants their own history
  • +You want an independent validation you can actually check for the exact model
  • +Nobody in the household wants to pair a phone to a blood pressure cuff
  • +Your arm is between 8.6 and 16.5 inches, which the included wide-range cuff covers

Skip it if

  • -You want readings to reach an app or your doctor automatically
  • -You want AFib screening by name rather than an irregular beat flag
  • -You will exceed 60 readings per user and want the older ones kept
  • -You are the only user, in which case the UA-651BLE costs about the same and syncs

The BM67 also holds four users and costs less, but we could not verify a validation for that exact model. The Withings holds eight profiles and is listed, at roughly twice the price.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the A&D UA-767F on the validated device listing?

Yes, by model. It appears on the US Blood Pressure Validated Device Listing as Premium Multi User Blood Pressure Monitor (UA-767F, UA-767FAC), with small, medium, wide-range and large cuffs.

Does the UA-767F have Bluetooth?

No. A&D publishes a Heart Track app, but readings are entered manually. The monitor itself does not sync. Everything it knows is the 60 readings per user held in its own memory.

How is it different from the UA-651BLE?

Different device with a different listing. The UA-651BLE is single-user with Bluetooth. The UA-767F holds four users and has no Bluetooth. A validation on one says nothing about the other.

What happens after 60 readings?

The oldest reading for that user is overwritten. With no app to offload to, that memory is the whole log, so a household measuring twice daily will cycle it in about a month.
